Carttera is pleased to announce the leasing of approximately 41,920 sf to Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services at 1415 Joshuas Creek Drive in Oakville. iA Financial Group is one of the largest insurance and wealth management groups in Canada, with operations in the United States.
On May 29, 2019, Carttera, together with Samuel, Son & Co., celebrated the construction commencement of 1900 Ironoak Way with Samuel, Son & Co. executives and local Councillor Tom Adams. This 55,000 sf two-storey office development, targeting LEED certification, will be the new Canadian headquarters of Samuel, Son & Co.
Carttera celebrated the ground breaking on the first building of this 370,000 sf speculative industrial development along with the Mayor and Councillors of the Town of Whitby and representatives from CBRE.
