This achievement marks an incredible milestone as 587 Avonhead Road becomes the first certified speculative multi-tenant Zero Carbon industrial building in Ontario!
Avonhead Industrial Campus is also targeting LEED Gold certification, and consists of a two-phased speculative industrial development totalling 740,000 SF. 587 Avonhead Road (362,000 SF) will be complete and ready for fixturing in December 2023.
