Today, Carttera celebrated the groundbreaking of Scarborough Powercore (5705 & 5755 Steeles Avenue East), along with representatives from the City of Toronto (Councillor Jamaal Myers) and the CBRE Listing Team.

Scarborough Powercore is a speculative industrial development featuring two buildings totaling 498,000 square feet (252,000 sf and 246,000 sf) with convenient access to Highways 407, 404 and 401, a strong labour pool, and established amenities. Carttera recently celebrated the groundbreaking of 1110, 1130, 1170 Central Parkway West in Mississauga along with representatives from The Elia Corporation, the City of Mississauga City and our Colliers listing team.
