Avonhead Industrial Campus | 587 Avonhead Road Zero Carbon Certified

587 Avonhead Road, the first building at Avonhead Industrial Campus, has been officially certified as Zero Carbon by the Canada Green Building Council. This achievement marks an incredible milestone as 587 Avonhead Road becomes the first certified speculative multi-tenant Zero Carbon industrial building in Ontario!

Avonhead Industrial Campus is also targeting LEED Gold certification, and consists of a two-phased speculative industrial development totalling 740,000 SF. 587 Avonhead Road (362,000 SF) will be complete and ready for fixturing in December 2023.
