Investment Manager
Carttera is a leading real estate development and investment firm offering a proven platform for premier pension funds and institutional investors. The firm specializes in the execution of urban intensification strategies across commercial and residential asset classes within the Toronto and Montreal markets. Over the past 20 years, Carttera has delivered, or is in the process of delivering, more than $7.0 billion in industry leading projects, with approximately 20 active developments currently at various stages of completion.
The Investment Manager will be responsible for underwriting new acquisition opportunities for multi-residential, industrial and retail development projects, utilizing existing complex financial cash flow models. Responsibilities will include analyzing financial scenarios at both fund and project levels, and managing acquisition and disposition processes, including due diligence, broker liaison, legal coordinating and closing arrangements. The Investment Manager will also work with senior project development managers and executives on existing and future development project budgets, planning and other reports.
The role will be based at Carttera’s office, located at 20 Adelaide Street East in Toronto.
